Return Policy
At P and K Designs, we are committed to customer satisfaction and offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must be in their original, unworn or unused condition and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at pandkdesigns1@gmail.com. Upon approval, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back. Note: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll promptly address the issue to ensure your satisfaction.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized products (such as personalized items) and certain sale items or gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
For an exchange, return the unwanted item as per the instructions above, and place a new order for the replacement.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you regarding the refund approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that processing times vary by bank or credit card provider.
